Hi everyone,
I was wondering what impact my previous background on qualitatively researching discrimination experienced by minorities, including workplace discrimination has on residency applications. It is not the sole "interesting" part of my CV, but it is a component of it, including publications in mid-range (IF: 3-5) psychology journals. Would this be seen as a potential red flag by PDs? Would these experiences be seen in a negative light?
