STENOSIS
Authors of a study warn against the widespread use of
catheterisation to assess the extent of aortic-valve stenosis--this
invasive procedure could increase the risk of cerebral blood
clotting and brain damage.
Check it out. I wonder if this study will prompt a bunch of others regarding cathing procedures...
