I heard that now ophthalmology residency applicants have to take a series of 3 Altus personality tests, Casper, Duet, Snapshot. I wonder how the scores are reported?
The department chair doesn't have to take the exam and submit their scores to the applicants! I've dealt with 3 ophthalmology chairs in depth from medical school to fellowship. One might have seemed charming but that person should be admitted to the psychiatric ward for life. Another was fine and a pleasure to work with.
